To access our FTP, click here and properly fill up the login and password fields. If you have not signed in to the website, click here and sign you in. After creating your logon, create a folder with your identification (name and second name). Then, attach your files to this folder.
Having done that, you can send an e-mail to producao@mundoalfa.com.br, with all the information: signing in, timeframe, budget number, contact person and media to be used. For more information and confirmation of the timeframe, we advise you to immediately contact our production personnel at + 55 21 3077-9000. |

File Resolution

a) Photographic quality for Mimaki, Rolland, PressVu, HPTurboJet: 150 DPI in 1:1 (final size). Minimum=100 DPIs – ideal for photographic panels or reproductions that will be seen from close distance. Printing will be performed with an output resolution from 740 to 1400 DPIs or more.
b) High resolution for Vuteks, HPScitex5000, Press Vu, HP-Turbo Jet: 100 DPI in 1:1 (final size). Minimum=65 DPIs – ideal for average and major size banners, indoors or outdoors panels, back of a stage or stage set settings that will de seen from average distance. Printing will be performed with an output resolution from 360 to 600 DPIs.
c) Standard resolution for Vuteks, HPScitex, HP-Turbo Jet: 35 to 65DPIs in 1:1 (final size). Minimum=25 DPIs – ideal for large panels, barge boards, outdoors, street banners, backlights, and frontlights that will be seen from mean to long distances. Printing will be performed with an output resolution from 180 to 360 DPIs.
Note: Alfa will not be held liable for content of the received files. Any error or failure that may occur will be under the entire responsibility of the sender, including losses of any sort. The sender shall also be held liable for any involved copyright concerning photos and/ or files. The authorization, forwarded by email, releasing the files to be printed shall be construed as an acceptance of our delivery and payment terms, as well as of the related remaining liabilities. |

Software
We work with all professional software, such as QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Free Hand, Ilustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, among others.
One of our requests is that the material is saved as TIFF, EPS, JPEG or PDF formats. Upon saving the files, special attention shall be taken so as to keep all photos and illustrations in CMYK, and all fonts shall be converted into CURVES.
Color references shall be always sent in Pantone, and the email shall provide information concerning the related colors, as well as due instruction with regards to formats, media and alike. |
